CANCELLATION POLICY
The Fine Print
Life's tragedy is that we get too old too soon.
We are sorry to see folks cancel and we understand life happens. It is extremely important for us to be fair to everyone; our guests, our crew, our family, and our community. It is with these guidelines we feel confident that we can maintain an honest and trustworthy reservation/cancellation policy.

Reservations
In order to keep our costs to you as low as possible and maintain fairness, reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Reservations will be confirmed when we receive your deposit of $300/person
-
Balance payments are due 12 weeks prior to the sailing date.
-
If the balance payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to resell your cabin.
-
If you switch cruise dates, there will be a $100/person switching fee.

Cancellation Policy
-
All cancellations will be subject to a $100/person booking fee.
-
Deposits are refundable (minus the cancellation fee/person) if cancellation takes place prior to the balance due date (12 weeks prior to the sailing date).
-
Cancellations made within the 12 weeks prior to the sailing date, fares are refundable (minus the cancellation fee/person) if and only if we are able to fill your spaces.

Discounts
-
Mary Day offers returning guests a 10% discount from October 1st through April 1st of the following year
-
From April 1 through October 1 of the same year (say 2023), returning guests receive a 5% discount for reservations within that season (say 2023).
-
Groups of 6 or more, organized by a single person within the party by making one reservation for the whole group can receive a 10% discount. No additional add-ons to a group discounted reservation.
-
Multiple discounts may not be combined.
We strongly recommended purchasing trip cancellation insurance immediately after booking your cruise. Emergencies do arise that can alter your vacation plans. Ask very specific questions about your concerns while purchasing this protection.
